To be held at Ayr Hill Equestrian Park Soldiers Road, Clyde North (Melway 131 H10)
Sashes as per Event Rule 24. Jackpots offered for each Level.
Trophies/Prizes & Rosettes for Jackpot winners. Trophy Rug for Series Winners of each Level.
Entries Close: 8th March, 5th April and 10th May respectively
Entry Fees: $40.00 per Jackpot
($35.00 for SEDC members)
Plus $10 per horse Ayr Hill facility fee

Entries will only be accepted on the March 2008 HRCAV entry form. A business sized, stamped self-addressed envelope can be sent for return of times or times will be available from the club website www.southeasterndc.com from the Monday prior to each competition.

PLEASE NOTE - Entries will be limited in this year's Series & preference will be given to riders who can supply a helper for a minimum of 2 hours. Thankyou for your assistance by supplying a helper!
Conditions of Entry:
•This event will be conducted under HRCAV rules and regulations.
•All riders must present valid membership & dressage performance cards prior to riding.
•All riders must present for gear check at least 20 minutes prior to riding.
•No late entries will be accepted.
•Competitors must supply their own bridle or saddle blanket number.
•Approved safety helmets (Jan 2003) and boots must be worn at all times whilst mounted.
•There will be no refunds after closing date unless accompanied by a medical or veterinary certificate to be received by the Event Secretary within 7 days of the relevant competition date.
•Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting of interim results and must be accompanied by a $20 deposit.
•South Eastern Dressage Club Inc does not accept any liability for accidents, damage, injury, illness or loss to any person, horse or property.
•The organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any class without notice.
